Acne Quick Cure:Is It Super Natural?

Much has been written over the years as to why we
have acne. Where does it come from? How do I get rid of it? Which treatments are truly effective and which are pure bunk?

For the most part, finding and treating acne has been heavily dependent on medical science and the scientific way to treat acne. Of course, that is to say treat it with drugs and medications but is there a natural way to treat this menace of our youth and beyond?

Most researchers will tell you that due to the underlying causes of acne, most natural approaches to treatment have very low success rate. My research indicates that this is not true at all.

Yes, there are many different causes that can be associated with an outbreak of acne and it is vitally important that before any treatment program that you check with your physician or dermatologist to determine what they consider to be the root cause but natural treatments do exist and many of them are quite effective.

Acne Free In 3 Days!Finding out which natural acne products are most effective is really just the beginning. Nearly every natural approach to fighting acne involves a plan of action and your ability to follow through.

It’s really not any different than taking powerful antibiotics or other medication prescribed by your doctor. You must have a plan of action and follow it precisely or successful treatment of your acne will never happen.

Remember, there is no cure for acne. It can only be treated and controlled. So no matter which plan of action you decide to take in your battle with it, you must be willing to follow directions. So, in the end, a natural approach may very well be the best decision you can make.

There are many great products out there that will attack the underlying issues you may be having which is responsible for your acne outbreak. Oily skin, blocked pores, inflammation, swelling and pain can all be treated naturally.

You must also consider your diet. There may be foods involved that are not necessarily a root cause of your acne but may be having peripheral or underlying effects which magnify your acne symptoms. More often than not, acne is caused by a variety of different issues.

Also take into consideration your environment. Stress and exposure to certain elements can be a mayor factor when in combination with other things. Knowing how to effectively deal with those issues along with an all natural and herbal method can have a profound impact on treating your acne.

There have been many books and products sold over the most recent years making claims of all sorts on curing your acne forever in 5 minutes. The truth is as I stated earlier that acne cannot be cured. That is just the facts and no product whether chemical or a natural acne product can treat it effectively in 5 minutes or even 24 to 48 hours.

It is not unusual though from the reports that I have received that many people are seeing results in as little as 72 hours. Let me make myself absolutely clear on this point though. They are not completely acne free within this time frame but dramatic results are being seen.

Within a week or two these natural treatment plans when followed as directed are having as much if not more effects on successfully controlling acne as many of the high powered chemical treatments being prescribed every day.

As with any acne treatment plan, especially those who are under the care of a physician and are taking prescription medications, always contact your doctors and discuss the possibility of tying a natural approach. Never, ever discontinue medications without the approval of your doctor. This cannot be stated enough. It is very important that if you consider fighting your acne on a more natural level that your physician advise you on how to make the switch easily and effectively.

If your current treatment is not working as well as you would like, consider going natural. You may be quite surprise at how it can possibly change your life and great natural products are out there…Check out the video then click on the link. This is one product you really should consider.

Acne: The Where, What and Why

It wasn’t that long ago when acne (Zits) was considered a curse for the many individuals that suffer from this problem; but there are now many treatments available which can help the condition so it is more bearable. A great deal of money is being spent researching the condition; this is good news with the range of effective skin care treatments improving all the time. We can classify acne skin care products into 3 broad categories:

  • Preventive
  • Drugstore or Internet: Treatments that do not require a prescription
  • Prescription only: Requires visit to doctor

The preventative products are formulated to treat the skin in an effort to prevent acne from arising like skin cleansers and makeup removers. Many people use products similar to this every day as part of their skin care regime irrespective of whether or not they have the condition.

More specialized cleaners are designed in the same way as acne skin care products; they clean out the pores to help stop sebum or oil which clogs up the pores. These products prevent the oil from getting trapped in pores and can hamper the growth of bacteria, this can lead to the bad skin condition.

General skin care treatments also include special exfoliation products like skin peels. Dead skin cells and other atmospheric pollutants are removed cleaning the pores which reduce the chance of any bacterial growth.

There is a huge market for these types of acne skin care products as they don’t require a consultation with a dermatologist. Products that can remove the pore clogging oil contain the ingredient benzoyl peroxide; these include creams, cleansers and peels that slow down acne formation.

You should start with a product that has lower concentration of benzoyl peroxide (e.g. 5%) and see how your skin responds. Alpha-hydroxy-acid based moisturizers are also popular as a skin care regime. Because we all have different types of skin, more than one type of acne skin care product may need to be tried. This is quite normal, however, if it is proving to be a problem then consult with your doctor, or skin care specialist.

If you do need to see your doctor or skin care specialist then he may give you a prescription for antibiotics or special ointments. In more serious cases your skin care specialist may decide that a small surgical procedure can be used to remove the oil and infection from your pores. You are warned never to attempt this yourself as it could lead to serious skin problems.

Another effective course of skin care treatment is hormone therapy, hormone changes are know to be one cause of acne. The end result is dealing with this skin complaint is not the problem it once was, there are now a huge range of products specifically formulated for the task. This means that a sufferer does not have to put up with this condition anymore.

Remember, information is power. You too can control your acne!

Acne Treatments - Which One Is Right?

There are a multitude of treatment options for fighting acne. Finding the right one all depends on which one is geared for the type of acne your are dealing with and your body chemistry. Lets explore history and treatments.

Acne isn’t new. In fact, before recorded history there was acne. The pharaohs of Egypt reportedly suffered from acne. As I stated in an earilier post the word acne itself comes from the Ancient Greek. I am certain there were home remedies of all types back then but we don’t have any actual records until the 1800’s when sulphur was used in the belief that is was an effective drying agent. It wasn’t until the 1920’s that Jack Breitbart of the Revlon Co.actually successfully used benzoyl peroxide against acne and brought it into use. In the 1930’s laxatives were used for “diaper rash” type acne. Radiation also came into use as well. Sure glad I missed that era..=) .Finally in the 1950’s antibiotics became available and in the 1960’s rentin A came on the scene. I bet most of you thought retin A was a product of recent years, huh? It was actually included into the ingredients of Accutane in the 1980’s. Laser treatment made it’s debut in the 1990’s and now there is blue/red light therapy in use today. Of course there is spa therapy, electrical therapy, heat therapy and a myriad of over the counter products at your disposal.

Whew! Where do you start if you are an acne sufferer? Well, that’s where the Acne Medicine Man should be your only stop for complete and accurate acne information. Articles are added weekly and I invite any questions you may have. The true remedy to fight acne is with empowerment. That is what Acne medicine Man brings to you!
